Also referred to as a heart-straitening talk, a platica is a safe and sacred space for you to share your story. It is an opportunity to speak your truth, acknowledge your fears & blocks, and express your hopes & dreams. By the end the session you will feel lighter and motivated. You will have a new set of tools you can access as you create your ideal reality.
